Captions AI Video Editor Styles
Captions is an AI-powered video editing platform designed to automate video creation, particularly around adding captions. In addition to captioning, the platform offers features like dubbing, music integration, and script generation, enabling users to create professional-quality videos with minimal effort.
I was tasked with designing and animating several video edit styles to be integrated into their AI Video Editor app. These styles allow users to easily apply unique visual effects to their videos, giving them the flexibility to create personalized content with just a few clicks. Working closely with their team, I followed their guidelines to create animated assets for each style and provided demo examples for the production developers.
Style #1: Throwback
Inspired by the nostalgic camcorder look of the '90s, this style captures the essence of vintage home videos, complete with grainy textures and playful frames.
Style #2:
Grandma's Cooking
This style evokes the warmth and charm of home-cooked meals, visualized through soft, vintage illustrations reminiscent of old family recipe books.
